Additional Ingredients
  • 1 x 18” Anagram St.Patrick's Day Top Hat foil balloon
  • 6 x 260 Qualatex Lime Green
  • 6 x 18g florist wire
  • 3 x Large Lime Green tulle Bow
  • 4 x Small Dark Green tulle Bow
  • 1 x Large Dark Green tulle Bow
  • 8" plastic base

Step by Step Instructions:

    Step 1
    Using a Multi tape stick a Maxi Base ll to the middle of the board
    Step 2
    Using the Mini Cool Aire® "Dual ProTM" Inflator, on the Low Pressure Foil inflation (that is when the large foil adapter is taken off the nozzle holder and put onto nozzle for inflation) inflate the St.patricks Day top hat foil
    Step 3
    Wrap the neck of the foil balloon onto the Maxi Cup ll
    Step 4
    Make a large double bowtie bow using Lime Green Tulle and tie around the top of the Maxi Cup ll
    Step 5
    Repeat Step 3 and tie this bowtie bow to the other side of the Maxi Cup ll, make sure to fluff the bow out to hide the mechanics
    Step 6
    Take a floral wire and bend the end into a tight small loop,so hiding the point of the wire
    Step 7
    Repeat Step 6 with the other end of the wire
    Step 8
    Insert the wire into a Lime Green 260, and stretch the balloon below the wire and knot
    Step 9
    Make the wire into a circle and join the two ends by bending one over the other
    Step 10
    opposite to the join bend the wire into a 'V' so making a heart shape
    Step 11
    Repeat steps 6 to 10 with the other 5 wires and 260's, so you end up with six heart shapes
    Step 12
    Take three of the heart shaped and place them together at the tips to make a 'Shamrock' shape
    Step 13
    Secure the three hearts together in the shape of a 'Shamrock' by tying them together with the excess ends of 260
    Step 14
    Repeat steps 12 to 13 so you create another Shamrock
    Step 15
    Take a saddle stick and using the excess 260 wrap one of the 'Shamrocks' onto the stick
    Step 15
    Tie in a small Bow Tie Bow into the back of the stick, so hiding the mechanics
    Step 16
    Tie in another small Bow Tie Bow into the front of the 'Shamrock'
    Step 17
    Repeat steps 15 to 16 with the other 'Shamrock'
    Step 18
    Using a Multi tape stick a Mini base to the side of the Maxi base
    Step 19
    Take the Twistix Balloon Stick and push it into the Mini base and cut of level with it
    Step 20
    Measure one of the 'Shamrocks' on a saddle stick to sit just below the foil, cut off any excess saddle stick and push into the mini base
    Step 21
    Repeat steps 18 and19, and place the mini base on the other side of the Maxi base
    Step 22
    Measure the last 'Shamrock' on a saddle stick so it sits below the one you have just placed, cut of the excess and push the saddle stick into the mini base.
    Step 23
    Tie in the Lime Green Bow, around the Maxi Base, to the front of the design
    Step 24
    Tie in the Dark Green Bow to the back to the design


Tips and Additional Instructions

Do not forget to fluff out your tulle bows to get the best effect. Paint the 260 shamrocks with hi-float so they have a good shine and last longer
