Step by Step Instructions:

    Step 1
Inflate a 260 white to about 8", using the Mini Cool Aire "Dual Pro TM" Inflator, (remember to hold the 260 about halfway up and stretch it slightly, so as to incurage the balloon to inflate straight) and tie a knot
    Step 2
Repeat step 1 with the other  three 260 white
    Step 3
Stick the Premium Balloon Accessories Base to the top of the Candy Bouquet Weight, with a Candy Box Tape adhesive
    Step 4
Fill the Candy Bouqet weight with sweets/candies
    Step 5
Add a Twistix Balloon Sticks to the Base
    Step 6
Mix the White and Black 5" balloons, so you pick them up at random
    Step 7
Using the Mini Cool Aire "Dual Pro TM" Inflator, Inflate two 5"  balloons to 3.5" and tie into a duplet
    Step 8
Repeat step 7 five more times, so you have 6 duplets
    Step 8
Take two duplets and twist them together to form a four balloon cluster
    Step 9
Take hold of the four balloon cluster and slide your hand in between the cluster so you have two balloons at the top and two balloons at the bottom
    Step 10
This is were you are going to wrap the next duplet into the cluster, so you end up with three duplets in you cluster
    Step 11
Again take hold of the balloons and divide them so you have three balloons at the top and three balloons at the bottom, then wrap in the fourth duplet. The reason for dividing the balloons each time is to make sure you get each duplet into the centre of the topiary ball. If they do not all go into the centre you will end up with an egg shaped ball instead of a round one
    Step 12
Repeat this until you have used all six duplets, don’t forget to divide the balloons before you wrap the next one in. it is easier when making a topiary ball if you hold the topiary against yourself and pull the next duplet towards you, through the ball
    Step 13
Once you have used all six duplets, if you have gone into the middle of the topiary each time you should end up with a ball shape. You may have to move the balloon about a bit just to get them to sit. The way to tell if they are in the right position, is no matter which balloon you look at, you should see a daisy, that is one balloon in the middle and five balloons around it.
    Step 14
Do not worry about the colours as you want a random patches of Black balloons
    Step 15
Using the Mini Cool Aire Dual Pro Inflator the14" Qualatex Contented Cow Head foil balloon
    Step 16
Hold the neck of the balloon with your finger and thumb, ensuring that no air leaks from the 14" Contented Cow Head foil balloon. Place in the
Heat Sealer making sure the neck of the balloon is flat. Heat seal the balloon. Please note: For best results, the Heat Sealer's setting should be between 3 and 4
    Step17
Using a White 260, wrap the neck of the foil and tie off
    Step18
Then wrap the the 260 into the topiary in a figure of 8, so attaching the foil to the top of the topiary
    Step 19
To attach the topiary to the top of the sticks simply open up two balloons in the topiary and slide it onto the top of the sticks.
    Step 20
    Inflate a Black 160 to about 3"
    Step 21
Make two small Pinch twists, get rid of any excess air and tie off
    Step 22
Using one of the inflated a white 260 to about 8"
    Step 23
Attach the pinch twists to the 260 using a Tulip Twist, this creates a leg
    Step 24
Repeat steps 20 to 23, three more times creating 3 more legs
    Step 25
Tie two of the legs together, using the excess balloon, to create a duplet
    Step 26
Push this duplet into the middle of the topiary and position as you like
    Step 27
    Repeat step 25
    Step 28
Push duplet into the bottom of the topiary and position
    Step 29
Tie the Green tulle bow around the base of the stick to hide the mechanics
    Step 30
Using the Pink tulle make a small bow, and attach to an ear of the cow foil
    Step 31
Tie a small bit of tulle around a top leg of the cutie cow to finish it off

Tips and Additional Instructions

A great simple and quick design using the fabulous new foil animal heads. Topiary's are great designs to use as table centerpieces, as they are so simple and quick. You can do most of the mechanics and building of the piece and then add the topiary ball at the last minute.
