Step by Step Instructions:

    Step 1
Using the Mini Cool Aire® "Dual ProTM" Inflator, on the High Pressure Latex inflation (by putting the large foil adapter back onto holding post on the case and twist to lock on post) inflate one 15" red bubble, and one 15" green bubble until all the creases along the edge are gone.
    Step 2
tie the two bubbles together to make a duplet, using the plastic tabs, making sure that the knot is near the edge of the tab not the inflated balloon. If you streach the tabs slightly you have more flxiablity, stretch slowly but  strongly and smoothly on the tab.
    Step 3
    Repeat step 1 and 2
    Step 4
Twist the two duplets together to make a cluster, the bubbles will not sit flat, but on the side, that is the seam will be vertical, on top of the balloon. Depending on how you want your spiral, place the colour accordingly, on this example the colours are opposite
    Step 5
Repeat step 1 to 4, three more times so you have four clusters
    Step 6
Take one of the clusters, and tie a 160 into the middle of the cluster, you will be using the 160 to build the column
    Step 7
Take the next cluster, line up the two clusters so the same colours are sitting on top of each other, then twist the top cluster a quarter turn, make sure the cluster is sitting properly and  wrap the 160 around two opposite balloons in the top cluster in a figure of eight. Making sure the clusters are sitting tight together
    Step 8
Repeat step 7 with the two other cluster, making sure the spiral goes in the same direction
    Step 9
Infalte four 5" red latex to 4" and make a cluster, using the excess 160 wrap this cluster on to the the top of the last cluster of bubbles
    Step 10
Repeat step 9, and tie the cluster onto the other end of the column, using a neck and the excess of the 160
    Step 11
Inflate the taper and tie into one of the 5"red clusters, using the neck of one balloon and the tail of the taper
    Step 12
Using the Mini Cool Aire® "Dual ProTM" Inflator, on the Low Pressure Foil inflation (that is when the large foil adapter is taken off nozzle holder and put onto nozzle for inflation) inflate one of the 15" Gold curves
    Step 13
Heat seal the 15" Gold curve using the Premium mini or maxi heat sealer
    Step14
Repeat steps 12 and 13 until all the 15" curves are inflated and sealed, 16 in total
    Step 15
Tie one of the curves with one end of an unflated red 160 , tie another curve to the other end of the 160
    Step 16
Repeat step 15 with all the curves, you should end up with 8 pairs
    Step 17
Take one of the pairs of curves, and wrap above the first bubble cluster, nearest the taper. Make sure the curves sit opposite each other
    Step 18
Take another pair and repat step 17, so the pairs of curves sit opposite each other
    Step 19
Repeat steps 17 and 18, untill you have positioned curves above each cluster of bubbles
    Step 20
To hang the chandilier take a Magnetic MaxiBase™ and a MaxiStick ll, place the Maxi stick II into the end of the column, the opposite end to the taper, and lock in place by twiting two balloons from the 5" red cluster around the Maxistickll.
    Step 21
Attach a Magnetic Maxibase to the end of the maxi stick II which is sticking out of the column. Place the 'Christmas Chandilier' in it position by attaching the Magnetic Maxibase to something metal.
